A: All over the World. We buying direct from Manufactures. Our Fabrics comes from Italy, India, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong. Our Beads comes from Japan, Australia, Czech Republic, Indonesia, India, Austria and China. Our Gemstones comes mostly from Burma. In or opinion this is the only place where we still could find purest gemstones, not imitations.

A: We are a group of Expatriates from all over the world, dedicated to needlework and craft and currently located with our families in Exotic Tropical country Malaysia. We are operating from capital city Kuala-Lumpur, Ampang territory.

A: No, You can order any quantity. Only our fabrics are sold by the meter, the rest of our products you may purchase in any quantity.

Q: How quickly will my order arrived?

A: By FedEx usually takes 3 business days to arrive, by Air Mail usually 2-4 weeks depends on your country location, and by Surface Mail usually 4-8 weeks depends on your country location.

Q: What method do you use for shipping?

A: FedEx courier, Airmail, Surface Mail.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: Your shipping rates will be calculated when you check out and are determined by your country location. You will be given selection of 3 shipping methods at the check out.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Of course! We will ship internationally even if your country cannot be seen at the map!

Q: Can I return my order if I don’t like it for any reason?

A: Of course! Your satisfaction is our priority. We have 30 days return policy. We'll be glad to refund or exchange the cost of merchandise for any reason. All of our products shipped in transparent plastic bags. Please return in its original condition. This means that you CANNOT use half of meter of Dupioni silk in your project or half of a strand in your jewelry, then decided that you don't need all of it anymore and decided send us back the rest of half meter or half of strand. Due to Copyright issue there are NO returns on Kits and Books. Feel free to send back your order even if you just don't like it – no question asked!

A: Certainly. We purchasing direct from Manufactures and offering very attractive wholesale prices to public and lowest Bulk Wholesale prices to traders. Q: Do you have a physical store, I’m going to be in KL next week?

A: At present, we are an online store only. However, you may find our brunch at Pavilion shopping complex, Bukit Bintang end of this year.

A: Officially since 2003, non-officially at least 15 years.

If you located in USA and select to pay in Malaysian currency, you will receive in your Credit Card statement two prices – in USD and RM (Malaysia Rinngit). A: 25mm equal to 1 inch, one meter equal to 1.094 yards, one strand equal to 16 inch or 40 centimeters.

Q: May I reserve an item?

A: For this purpose our programmers design Pre-Order category where you will find many exiting products and approximate day of arrival in our store. All products in Pre-Order category generously discounted at 25%. Once item arrive, we will ship it to you as soon as possible with your current order or individually. All sales in Pre-Order category are final; you cannot pre-order item and cancel payment after one week. If you are not satisfied with this item, you may use our 30 days return policy. Q: Out of stock items?

A: If we are out of stock on an item you order, we may send your order without the item or hold your order when it arrives in our store. We will send you an email telling you the item is currently out of stock and the expected delivery date. At that time you can tell us to cancel the backordered item or deliver it when it arrives. Usually we will not be delayed more than 14 days on any item.

Q: Why if my order get Lost?

A: When we send your order thru FedEx, you will receive tracking number and may check day of delivery direct from our online store. All Airmail and Surface Mail are shipped with registration numbers and if you don’t receive your package within 8 weeks, we will use this registration number to investigate location and status of your parcel. If you wish to insure your parcel, let us know in advance, we will inform you by e-mail insurance charges.
