Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We have 30 days return policy. We'll be glad to refund or exchange the cost of merchandise for any reason. Feel free to send back your order even if you just don't like it – no question asked! All of our products shipped in transparent plastic bags. Please return in its original condition and in its original quantity. We carefully pack all orders in bubble plastic bags and ship them in hardboard boxes. We will not be responsible for damaged product, please examine your parcel at the Post office or in front of Courier person before accepting your package. Before returning or exchanging your order please Contact Us with your order number for authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded by MarinaCraft™. We will not be responsible for the delivery cost of your returned product. If you decided to return your order for any reason we will refund 100% your money by which ever method you use to make a payment or issue a cheque to you as applicable. Due to Copyright issue there are NO returns on Kits and Books.
